A few of our D.C. sightseeing shots.
And a few of us with Eric and Jenny's family having a picnic on the mall.
And because he asked me to post them, (some joke at work I guess) here are a few pictures of Nick and his lobbying crew. Yes, one of those people is Al Frankin!

Our first night in D.C. Eric and Jenny were kind enough to let us stay at their beautiful home. Then, the last few nights we were there, we stayed on the AMA dollar in downtown D.C. Our hotel was just across the street from the White House and made getting around on foot, all by myself, with four small children, a little more manageable. It was a great location, but a little unnerving too, since we were staying there right when the Osama Bin Laden story broke. We didn't know whether to expect partying in the streets or terrorist repercussions. Fortunately, we only witnessed the first!
Thanks Eric and Jenny for another wonderful D.C. visit! We are so glad we have family on the east coast that will keep bringing us back even when all of our training and lobbying is done.
